This past Saturday, the Raintree Condominium Association held its annual meeting at the clubhouse. A substantial number of residents showed up to discuss important matters facing the condominium.
The meeting commenced with a succinct overview from the head of the association, who pointed out some of the association's accomplishments over the past year.
Following the president's address, there was a session for discussions from residents. Several residents raised concerns regarding repairs of the building grounds. There was also a detailed discussion about planned changes to the lot regulations.
The meeting concluded with the ratification of the annual budget and the election of new members to the association board.
Raintree Residences Annual Election
Attention all residents of Raintree Condominiums! This notice is to inform you that the annual election for the Raintree Condo Board will be held on November 10th. The election|will|take place from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the community center. Residents are urged to cast their vote to select the representatives who will serve on the Condo Board for the upcoming year.

The Raintree HOA Landscapings Project Update
Residents of Raintree, we're excited to provide/sharing/giving you an update on the much-anticipated landscaping project! We have made/are making/will be making some great progress over the past raintree condominium association few weeks. Our team has been hard at work/busy working/dedicated to the task of planting/laying down/installing new flowers, shrubs, and trees throughout the community.
The newly planted/recently installed/freshly landscaped areas are already looking/appearing/beginning beautiful, and we can't wait for you to see/enjoy/witness the full transformation once everything has had a chance to grow/mature/settle in.
We understand/recognize/appreciate that there may be some temporary inconvenience/disruption/change during construction. We are working hard to minimize/reduce/limit any impact on residents and will keep/are keeping/continue to keep you updated on our progress/throughout the project/every step of the way.
